Begin Your Custom Design

Every custom piece starts with a conversation.

Whether you have a clear vision, a moodboard, seemingly random screenshots, or simply an idea you’d like to bring to life, work one-on-one with Ashlen to create a piece designed especially for you.

It’s easy to start with a complimentary 10-min phone call, Zoom/Google Meet, or email consultation to talk through your ideas, budget, timeline, and any questions you may have. Please email Ashlen directly at Ashlen@avowdesigns.com to schedule.

When you’re ready to move forward, a $400 + tax design deposit begins the custom design process and is applied in full towards your completed piece. 

After your deposit is placed, Ashlen will personally contact you within 24 hours to continue the conversation and begin developing your design. Together, you’ll refine the materials, proportions, budget, and special details that make the piece uniquely yours.

Once your initial design and gemstone/diamond selection are established, you’ll receive a firm quote for approval before moving forward. Upon approval, your gemstone/diamond is purchased, and a 50% payment is made towards the ring itself. You’ll then receive up to 2 rounds of CAD edits and a 3D printed model mailed to you to review before production. Once the final design is approved, the remaining balance is due and your piece moves into production.

Design deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward your final purchase.
